Có bao giờ bạn đã thử món sườn heo rim khoai môn chưa? Nghe có vẻ lạ nhưng đây chắc chắn là một sự kết hợp tuyệt vời đấy. Khoai môn với lớp vỏ hơi giòn giòn, bên trong bùi bùi với nước sốt từ thịt rim ăn đậm đà và cực kì đưa cơm. Một bí quyết giúp món sườn heo rim khoai môn được ngon hơn đó là bạn nên chọn những củ khoai to nhé!
Ướp sườn với 1 muỗng canh rượu trắng, ½ muỗng cà phê nước tương, ½ muỗng cà phê muối, ¼ muỗng cà phê đường trong ít nhất 20 phút. Sau đó bắc chảo lên bếp, cho 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào, thêm gừng vào phi thơm sau đó cho sườn vào đảo đều trong 1 phút hay đến khi sườn vàng thơm là được.
Hạ lửa nhỏ, cho tỏi đập dập vào, xào thêm 1 phút nữa thì thêm 1 muỗng canh rượu trắng, 2 muỗng cà phê nước tương, ½ muỗng cà phê muối, 1/8 muỗng cà phê ngũ vị hương, ¼ muỗng cà phê hạt tiêu, ½ muỗng cà phê dầu mè vào đảo đều trong 1 phút.
Đổ nước vào rim lấp xấp trong khoảng 45 phút. Trong lúc sườn đang rim, bắc chảo lên bếp, thêm dầu ăn vào chảo và chiên khoai môn cắt khúc như hình. Chiên cho đến khi khoai có lớp vỏ vàng nâu là được.
Khi sườn đã rim xong thì cho khoai môn vào đảo đều. Hạ lửa vừa trong 15 phút, sau đó đảo nhẹ nhàng 2-3 phút, nếu cạn nước thì cho thêm nước vào nhé!
