My kids love these stories so this was super cute and convenient
My kids love these stories so this was super cute and convenient. Only issue is they got 2 of the same book, but other than that they’re happy
Some printing problems
My 2 yr old loves these books. I'll be honest, they aren't my favorite to read. They are much longer than "I love my white shoes" but he likes it so we read them. About 5 of the pages had printing issues where the words were printed twice so the words look really blurry. It's difficult to read so that's kind of annoying but my son is too young to read so it's not an issue.
Great for End of the Year Gift for Students
I bought these to gift to my students for the end of my time with them as a their student teacher. All year they loved reading Pete the Cat books so this was perfect. The books are bigger than I thought which was a good thing. Packaging was great they were not able to fold or bend during shipping! Very happy with my purchase.
Great books
Pete the Cat Take-Along Storybook Set was purchased for our grandchildren. Pete the Cat is a favorite at our house. The Storybook Set with 5 books is very sturdy and easy to carry along. I would recommend this item because of its size and being portable. It's the perfect size to carry along in a car or on a trip. The books fit easily inside the box. I would purchase more sets. It's a nice gift for teachers as well.
Good value, but the books aren't as well written as usual
Good price,as you get several books in the case, however they are not as humorous and well written as the usual Pete the Cat books. Mediocre writing as opposed to the usual wonderful Pete the Cat books.
Cute books but not my favorite Pete the Cat books
My daughter is a preschool teacher and wants to add to her book collection so I bought these for her. My younger kids grew up with Pete the Cat books like My Four Groovy Buttons and Rockin in my School Shoes. Although I like these books for preschool aged kids, I feel like they're missing the fun, memorable repeated phrases as are in the other 2 I mentioned.
No protection of products inside shipping box.
Received 3 purchases in one box DVD player and case for player and also set of books Pete the cat set. The problem is there was no protection air bags foam peanuts or even paper to protect the DVD player from being banged around inside the shipping box. Hopefully the laser inside the DVD player is still in alignment. Time will tell after Christmas Day
