Trái bơ đem cắt đôi theo chiều dọc, bóc sạch vỏ bơ rồi bỏ hạt, cắt bơ thành những miếng nhỏ cho dễ xay. Nên chọn mua loại bơ sắp vừa chín tới sẽ ngon hơn.
Cho bơ đã căt vào máy xay sinh tố, thêm 80g đường, 1 muỗng canh sữa đặc, 200ml sữa tươi, 200ml nước cốt dừa, 1 muỗng canh nước cốt chanh, bật máy xay nhuyễn mịn.
Rót hỗn hợp bơ sữa vào các khuôn làm kem que, sau đó đem đặt trong ngăn đông tủ lạnh khoảng 4-5 tiếng đồng hồ cho đông cứng lại là có thể dùng.
